Guest guest
Greetings! This is not really meant as a direct response to any particular person's plight, but one person asked a question, "I have sent out over 60 resumes and I still cannot find a job. What am I suppose to do???" and this is my response to ALL who find themselves in this situation, derived from my own limited experience: Sending out resumes is fine, but maybe that's part of an old way of thinking, an old paradigm which doesn't really work, nor does it define a person, nor does it bring happiness. I have always said that it's crucial to find those activities that you LOVE TO DO, and no matter what, if one is steadfast, EVENTUALLY the support will arrive from the universe. Even if one does a hobby "on the side", if it's something that really brings joy, it will lead in the right direction and open other doors. But we must begin by living our bliss. This is called aligning with one's SOUL purpose, not just SURVIVAL MODE. Coming from "survival" is simply another form of FEAR, and the infinite wisdom of "All-That-Is" attempts to guide us through personal guides, "team", etc., so that we lean towards what brings us HAPPINESS. We are more than this 3D body and skill set. If we do not explore the vast depths which are waiting for us within, no one else will, or can, do so for us. When we get caught up just finding a JOB, which means kissing some corporation bosses ass, (make that plural) for the long list of asses that must be kissed, we are giving up the precious GIFT of our own Creativity. In other words, we are putting ourselves, our Selves, in JAIL. Once embroiled in the game or MATRIX of tax forms, applications, resumes, reviews, directives, memos, raining manuals and direct orders from people we don't like, and wouldn't think of "hangin with", we're S T U C K. IN THE MATRIX - LITERALLY! It is a spider's web of "distractions" which lead nowhere fast, in terms of creativity; not always, as it can have its lessons too. But in general, we are dying on the vine when we turn our power over to an earthly, 3D institution, whether it be a Corporation, Church, Government, or group. For some of us, this "entrapment" in an unpleasant job forces the hand. It forces us to admit how horrible the whole game has become, how UNhappy we are, and how we had, once upon a time, aspired to greater dreams and visions... not so long ago, eh? Take a moment to think back to the childhood dreams and wonders that were possible with just a thought... What ever happened to the grand dreams of doing Great Things we ALL have? Each of us has Greatness, Genius and Vast Resources to tap into. Maybe they're still there, waiting for a gentle nudge, a confirmation that, by golly, "I'm going to do what I LOVE DOING and screw the rest of the world! If this requires going on some form of support, food stamps, parental care, etc., then sometimes we must make compromises. The less we comprimise, however, in the area of what makes us happy, the more we find the path magically opens up in front of us. IF we are finding ROADBLOCKS in any given direction, for me personally, I take that as a "sign" that THAT direction is not the one that will bring the greatest return, and my "team" is telling me to try something or many things, differently. If we are UNIDIRECTIONAL, meaning only thinking like a railroad track, we miss the side journies into the meadows, the lakes, the vast oceans of our own being. To get OFF the train going over the cliff takes a bit of courage, but it's there within us to find. If we are not following our bliss, what brings us joy and happiness, we're clearly going in the Wrong Direction. Know this. Feel it. Change Course. Now is the only moment to do so. Right now. Feel the power of your own convictions, the courage surging up through the earth, filling you with energy and power to rise up and be the great and vast being you already are! Playing small is easy; it's the easy way out, and we even make that difficult. We are masters of difficulty, most self-created. The Universe rolls out its Magic Carpet when we align with It and our own Inner Self. How long must we bang our heads against a brick wall before we discover there are doors leading into beautiful gardens and idyllic places surrounding us? It's much more difficult to get OUT of a slave driving J O B once you're IN IT, so perhaps this time is a GIFT to contemplate, go within, ask your Self "Self, what would make you happy, what is your bliss?" Is it painting, writing, singing, music, politics, (no!), giving time to others selflessly in some kind of public service? Each soul has a unique gift(s), and to find those gifts we must WANT to find them... simply reveling in the fact that everything in our lives is screaming to us, "WRONG DIRECTION", whose fault is it if we don't listen? Treat each moment as if it is your last. Look at your life from "the long view", looking back from your deathbed, doing a life review and looking at all your choices, and where they took you...what would you do differently? What would you like your life to "say" as a "statement", a legacy or gift that is left behind to help and raise others up? Or, did we think only of ourselves, and not make any effort to peek within, and find the wonders that exist there? When will it be the "right time" to follow your dream? Tomorrow never arrives. We only have NOW. Best, Zany Mystic
