Guest guest
Dear Friends, I would like to share something with all of you. As you know, I am a believer in Sunrider Herbal foods, and have been eating these foods for seven years. Today I listened to an old tape that I had received when I first began with Sunrider, and I guess I had such bad brain fog that what I learned today hadn't registered years ago. One of the cleansing beverages that I do is called Calli, which is a combination of a high quality formulation of green and black tea. I have been drinking it for years as one bag steeped for five minutes in 6-8 cups of hot water, adding my herbal sweetener to taste. I had gained a lot of weight years ago from the Lyme and all of the antibiotics, as well as prednazone I was on for chronic asthma. On this tape, the Sunrider expert said that women cleanse much better by having one bag of Calli to a gallon of water, and just add the Sunnydew (herbal sweetener that nourishes the liver and pancreas, which is so important after major antibiotics). So today I tried drinking this all day long, and I won't make you sick with the details, but I have been majority cleansing all day, and feel lighter and even am experiencing some herxing, which is great because it is obviously moving toxins around that were trapped for years. He even said that jumping on a mini trampoline is great to release toxins in the body, and that stretching and tightening all of the muscles from your feet up to your face releases trapped toxins in the body. The man on the tape and his wife did not have Lyme, but had a lot of other major health issues, which they conquered with the Sunrider. I am just very excited about this, and even if you are not doing the Sunrider, perhaps if you bought some green tea and some stevia in the healthfood store, make it dilute as I did, drink all day long, and jump on a trampoline or do some stretching exercises, you might release some toxins and get to a new stage of regeneration. Guest guest
i drink green tea and it is extremely helpful to me. i drink organic japanese tea. this is Sencha tea, not Bancha. the package says : boil water and let cool for one minute. than steep bag 2 to 3 minutes. good green tea is really green after this short brewing. if you let it sit out you will gradually see it turn the color of black tea -brown in other words. this change will be noticeable on an hourly scale. if your green tea is immediately brown than i feel it is inferior. if you put lemon juice or vitamin c it will remain green much longer. if you protect it from oxygen -such as in a full sealed jar it will also slow its change to brown. this indicates certain compounds will oxidize over time. it is my belief these compounds are important in the therapeutic effects and lose their efficiancy thru oxidation. if you brew the tea too long or let it sit i feel you might as well drink regular black tea. this also has therapeutic effects, but i believe green is much better. studies show green tea -PROPERLY BREWED- has therapeutic effects that increase with frequency of drinking. all the way thru ten cups a day. -- sincerely william meyer
