I have PLMD...........a sleep disorder unlike (Restless leg syndrome where

your limbs bother you intensely and there is a deep inner feeling of

crawling within the leg, and strong desire to move them, and get up and walk

around and massage the legs - nightly and daily) In Period Limb Movement

Disorder (plmd) your limbs usually your feet, toes, legs, move at night, and

trigger awakenings, most of the time you are not even aware of

it.........and you don't always come to a conscious state, but it does bring

you out of deep sleep..........causing disturbed sleep. In my sleep study I

had 70 episodes.........which actually is on the low side for many PLMD

people.

I do have PLMD and Restless leg syndrome in my family medical

history.....but never had a problem until Lyme disease......I feel it

triggered the trait to become active.

Leave no stone unturned!

It must happen in your mind before it happens in your life !
