Guest guest
, Hi! If you are near any massage schools or have anyone TRAINED in Lympathic Drainage. In Utah they came up with this formula to train folks to turn on the sodium/potassium pumps of the body which control the lymphatic drainage. If someone knows how to do that they can hopefully support your system to drain and let the body heal itself. Don't listen to closely to everything they tell you... Your body is a creative, intelligent temple that KNOWS how to heal itself.. That's what I'm calling it anyway, as everything in my life was planned for achievement and now I have all this disorder resulting from a swollen lymph gland. I am possibly going in to hospital if the gland swells up to block my breathing, where they will give me a tube to breathe. My voice is going a bit squeaky and the pains in my hands and body are achy - my hands feel what I guess arthritis might feel like to some extent.I am 30, and a woman.Do any homeopaths or natural therapies people have any advice on diet, or affordable solutions? I will be seeing a homeopath who specialises in lymph treatment - she will soon have a PHD in it. But I have to wait until I raise enough money for myself to see her and afford the treatments as well as tests.I may start a charity for myself at The Point website to try to raise money.blessed be
Guest guest
Hello ,Also, if you can purchase some Young Living Oils, there are very 3 low priced oils which can be used to add to pure water and creates a lymphatic cleanse. The oils are orange (1 drop), grapefruit (2 drops) and cypress (3 drops) added to 1/2 gallon of Distilled water. (if you want you can add some Grade B maple syrup for taste....but I love the fresh taste of just the drops in the water). Drink at least 2 8 oz. glasses per day. Also dry brushing your skin can help the lymph system.(If you cannot find YL oils, I am a distributor and if you want to contact me I will send you to my website and you can order them online.)Good luck to you!Traci (Dove) "We are not in a recession - we are transitioning from anindustrialized economy to a networked one"."Be thankful for unknown blessings already on the way!"From: sara peters <angeluna95122@...> Sent: Friday, June 5, 2009 6:52:30 AMSubject: Re: [] Lymphatic Disorder , Hi! Guest guest
Hi Angeluna Thanks for your lymphatic drainage suggestion. I was iving in the Australian Far North QLD tropics in the hot season early this year 2009, and I put almost all of my food money into a lymphatic drainage massage. It cost me $108 for an hour and a half. It was very relaxing but very soon after I found a strange reaction...my shoulders went up uncontrollably and I felt a lot of fear and that everything was overwhelming. I was trying to relax and resist the urge to bolt out of there. I managed to remain there a few minutes after and then walked back to the city. Then a week or even a few days later I became swollen in my glands of the throat , underarms and groin. The condition has faded and come back since with intensified symptoms. Its been ongoing since late 2007, when it came to my notice by slowing my body down so much that I couldn't walk much faster than a 90 year old. It is hormonal and adrenal is my intuition. I've been craving mandarins, and eating them a few times a day. I can't really afford another treatment that expensive, and with those results I feel put off by it. I am on an Australian government disability pension and most of it goes into rent and bills. Plus I have to eat properly and with one natural health session per fortnight I cannot eat properly. I'll have to stick with the food, rest and reiki to myself - I am a reiki master for the moment until I am financially able again through a few means I have been planning. blessed be
Guest guest
Dear , I received your email by mistake. Sounds like the glands where not properly opened during the lymphatic massage. I wonder if the therapist told you to drink LOTS of water after for the next several days to help with the cleansing your body would undergo. Perhaps try seeing and osteopath or naturopath, and tell them what happened. $108 for 90 minutes, a bit pricey. I live in the United States. Here, any sort of bodywork averages $1.00 each minute. Lymphatic drainage isn't physically taxing on the therapist. I just happen to know a lot about bodywork, my area of study. As for reiki, you are a reiki master, EXCELLENT! I am working toward my Reiki mastership. Reminder, the solar plexus and hara influence the endocrine and lymphatic system. Perhaps you need to do some work in those areas. Yes, follow your intuition. You can ask your guides for assistance to guide you in what you need to do and how to do it etc. Love, Light, & Blessings Namaste'! Guest guest
Dear Samatha, So sorry about your experience with lympathic drainage. Like said you have to drink tons of water since the lympathic is working over time to drain the fluids. It sounds like some got stuck. I would say either sauna to sweat out some of the excess toxins or I would also go to see a good accupuncturist. That is what works for me. You could create a steam sauna in your bathroom since you don't have alot of cash. The accupuncturist is another story. Not sure what you have in Austrailia. Good luck to you and know that your body is intelligent and is made for healing ITSELF with a little help...
