Guest guest
Hi I am eating mandarin fruit, a few whole each day as I am craving it. and drinking green tea and water. I began to learn aromatherapy in 2004 in NSW Australia. they taught us it is illegal for the use or advice by aromatherapists of ingestion of oils. thus I don't know about you, but I'll take the risk seeing as it is illegal and the government have no ken about nature and still use allopathic treatments and drs reports as the only approved official medical diagnosis. did you know that a homeopathic hospital used to exist in sydney? and now it is nothing as the medical system becomes increasing divided and slack arsed and believed by government and sheep!!?!! I have some eucalyptus oil - 100percent here at home and thought, well if they used it in boiling of billys back in the older times of Australian history then what harm would a drop do? Something like cypress in its action I would imagine as it is a good decongestant and is used for steam inhalation to clear chests when infected. Also good for washing clothes, like wool. blessed be
Guest guest
Dear , I received this in my email. If you arem craving mandarin oranges and green tea, I would listen to your body. The color for the 2nd chakra, (hara) is orange, like the madarin orange. Green tea is supposed to be full of antioxidants. The quality and purity of green tea that is available does vary in its quality. As I advised in my last email, seek out a naturopath or osteopath. Ask around for recomendations, and listen to your guides and your intuition. Essential oils are banned in Australia??? Strange. In the USA we have stores that specialize in aromatherapy, healthfood stores that carry all sorts of different brands of essential oils. Eucalyptus is one of my favorites.
