Reflections on Our Second Anniversary

Dear Humanity Healing Family,

As I reflect back on the last two years of my life, I cannot help but be amazed at the direction it has taken. Two years ago today, I was exploring Myspace looking for fellow Reiki practitioners to build a group that could do pro bono work at a local cancer center. It seemed that every profile I went on had RaK in their top friends. Intrigued, I sent a message and, as they say, the rest is history.

Liane Legey, aka RaK, and I struck an instant friendship and started working together immediately, combining spiritual practices with energetic healing, to help those that came to us in need. This became the seed that Humanity Healing flowered from.

We opened a Group to connect "wounded healers" with those in need of healing because we understand that when we help others, we heal ourselves. We opened a Myspace page to start networking with like-minded souls. And we started to grow. Humanity Healing has blossomed in so many different ways that it never ceases to both amaze and humble me. The Humanity Healing Foundation is a legal nonprofit that has started its first major project with the commitment to build the Mahavidya Girls School of South India and we are developing initiatives in Uganda and Bangladesh. The Humanity Healing Network has gathered thousands of like-minded souls across multiple networks, including our own Community Network, to promote Healing and Spiritual Growth on personal, community and global levels.

Liane and I have faced disappointments and upheavals in the past two years, both on a personal level and on a professional level, but with every road that seemed blocked, a new door opened to possibilities beyond our imagination. We have received our Nonprofit status. We have started a series of free courses, workshops and support groups to help others during this period of increasing Awareness. Our Community Network has experienced an incredible growth in the past few months (from 1200 to almost 4000 in just over 4 months), being chosen from out of 600,000 to be a Featured Network. We have become the #28 Most Subscribed to Nonprofit on Youtube. We have been Blessed with Ambassadors and Celebrity Ambassadors to manifest the vision of Humanity Healing.

Most importantly, we are have made so many incredible connections and have pulled together an extraordinary team of individuals who believe that together, we CAN make a difference!! !

Liane and I suffer no illusion that Humanity Healing is what it is because of us. Humanity Healing is each and every one of the individuals who reach out across the connection between us to help another; whether that is comforting someone in pain, sharing their time to advance one of the HH projects, or simply to give and receive Love. Humanity Healing would not be what it is and would not continue to evolve where it is going without YOU. The Compassion, Love and Grace that I have seen in this Family are amazing in their breadth and depth. It is both uplifting and humbling at the same time

As I think back on the past two years, I am struck both by how fast it has flown by and how it seems that Humanity Healing has been a part of my life forever. Liane and I both have been Blessed to discover what is our Life's Work.

We have grown in so many ways and shown that ordinary individuals can come together to do extraordinary things. We have helped to Heal others, and in return have found Healing ourselves. There is still so much more to do, but I have Faith we will get there. Together.

As we enter this season of rebirth and ascending Light, we would like to share with you our Love and Gratitude for spreading the Seeds of Hope across the world so that future generations will reap the fruits of a better world for all Humanity.

Our Blessings to each one of you and our deepest Gratitude for being a part of what YOU ALL have created.

Congratulations to ALL involved along the way, and in the process. There is a

very special feeling and joy involved in creating and seeing our efforts grow

into more than we may have first imagined it.

It was not that it was our own idea, or that it was out own " thing " , -come

follow it/us/etc... But a connecting with others, whom on a soulful/spiritual

level, had the same thoughts, looking for a way to express, to connect, and to

merge.

What we focus on draws to it all like itself...just as you Liane, and you

merging the energies that supported each other, and from there, increasing the

energy and way to manifest the ongoing result.

Many of us simply see the " result " , and not the " back-stories " , the talks, the

planning, the depression, the wondering, " am I doing the right thing, putting

the right effort where it needs to be, does it even matter... " . We don't always

see the small victories and the major set backs. But we can experience knowing

those things, at all kinds of levels, by our connection, as we can, to the

process that draws us all.

No! I don't think we choose to do any of these kinds of things by ourselves, and

nothing we, any of us, has ever chosen only for ourselves, has ever worked

out... but we do it because it's where we are drawn... " we can't not do it " . Be

it a " calling " , coming to an understanding after many attempts, or remembering

who and what we all are...simple different parts of the same whole. We all do it

because our choices and our purposes have become much clearer.

So, congrads to both of you in this milestone to the ideas set out as your

mission, and congrads to all those who were drawn, adding their energy and time.

Joy of JOYS! What a true joy and honor to find association with such love! And

the replies also so WELL said - but I just had to add my 2 cents worth having

been a tag a-long and prayer supporter these past two years (kinda behind the

scenes but totally involved in energies and love and prayer sending support!!!)

Each and every one here is a sacred vessel for good in the world - and thank you

Liane and for giving us all a vehicle to connect to our 8ne-ness!

It's so beautiful to look back and see how far we've come and to look ahead and

see the endless and most beautiful universe unfolding before us. Oh yes, I have
