Guest guest
Yep, that happened to me....thought it was interesting. Igenex told me not to freeze my urine, though. The PCR is used to detect DNA fragments from dead spirocetes. The IgG and IgM WB are used to detect your antibodies to the spirocetes. Both are invaluable in helping a doc figure out what's wrong....even if the WB comes back negative, there are still specific bands that can point to what's happening. Oh, by the way, Igenex takes military Tricare insurance......so if they take my insurance, they may take others. Hope this helps, C > jseaton357@... wrote:Has anyone here ever taken both of these tests at > the same time and gotten > negative for the LDA/PCR panal using Biaxin protocol but gotten positive > for > their WB's?
