Guest guest
Hi. I've had a specific anterior tilt of my pelvis that has caused an almost total inability to remain upright in a seated posture. I have had a lot of pain in my scapula, lower back and my mid body back muscles are weak. So loose i could feel them move around when walking! Scary! Luckily there is this site here that helped me last night to change that so quickly that my body is taller and with a bit less pain and a lot less restriction in movement. I couldn't put my knees to my chest until last night after doing a few simple exrcises! Its free! http://www.endyourbackpainnow.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2009/01/4-essential-st\ rategies-for-the-correction-of-anterior-pelvic-tilt.pdf blessed be
