Rebirth is a continual process in nature.  Every spring, the brilliant adornment of flowers heralds the new cycle of rebirth.  Man is unique in Creation in that we can not only change who we are externally, but also have the freedom of choice to be reborn spiritually.  Our Souls are in harmony with All That Is.  It is our minds and Egos that are out of synch.  To choose spiritual rebirth is to consciously align and monitor your thoughts and actions so that they vibrate in sintony with a greater good.
