Sometimes in life we find ourselves in difficult places and not understanding why we are facing such dark situations.  Often the reason is so that we can learn from the experience and increase our capacity for Compassion.  We can then act as a lighthouse, showing others how to cope by our own personal example.  Sometimes the only light they will see will be coming from you.  Make a point today to reflect on how you have grown through adversity and how you can share your hard-won Light with others.
