connection.Sending Healing to othersGo through steps 1 & 2 above then for line 3 use: " Dear Higher Self, please send a " ....... " healing to " ....... " . Thank you "

Just insert the healing and destination, human, animal, tree, Earth, sky. Yes, really. Now if anyone ever says they are in pain you can say " would you like me to send you a healing? " if they say YES! then let rip

Setting a ModalitySay you wanted to create your own healing, you could write it downvery clearly what you wanted the healing to do & give it a name so youdon't have to read it all out each time. Then contact your Higher Self

and make it clear that whenever you refer to that *name* that is whatyou require. I do it custom everytime I setup a healing for someone.You can make-up things, if you can imagine an energy healing, it more than likely exists. If it doesn't then your mere thinking of

itsometimes has the power to create it. It's important to be respectfulthough. You get more authority with your Higher Self if you displaywisdom.Free Self-Attunements " Dear Higher Self, please attune me to " ....... " . Thank you "

Now using this way you can get any healing, any attunement, anywhere, for free. See something on the net that costs too much? Just ask your Higher Self to give you the treatment for free. Your own Higher Self is One with all creation & there

is nothing going on down here that it is unaware of.Caveat - You are best off creating your own, there are no rules, be creative. See " Setting a Modality " above. If you try this out then make sure you request healings in your own " Highest and

best good " .Example: " Dear Higher Self, if it is in my Highest and best good, please give me " ....... " healing and customize it for my own requirements/life

path. Thank you " This will stop you receiving things that you don't need.Notes on healing othersIt is best to do one of 2 things when healing or attuning someone1. Ask their permission. Alternatively if they request healing

     you can send it2. Ask their own Higher Self if it is ok for them to receive a healingThe last would be phrased like this: " Dear Higher Self, if it is agreed with " .......'s " Higher Self and in

" ......'s " Highest and best good, please give them a " ....... " healingnow. Thank you " Or more directly aimed at the person's Higher Self:Dear " ......'s " Higher Self if it is in " ......'s " Highest and best

good please give them a " ....... " healing now. Thank you " Fill in the blanks of course with name and type of healingSome example commands for you.  Some things I personally use, to give you a taste of what is

possible " Dear Higher Self, please charge my water with Divine Love  energy. Thank you " " Dear Higher Self, please raise my energetic body vibration   so that I may not become physically sick. Thank you "

" Dear Higher Self, please attune this tree as an antenna of  Divine Love. Thank you " " Dear Higher Self, please increase the Light quotient in my  body. Thank you " " Dear Higher Self, please strengthen my connection to you.

 Thank you " (VERY IMPORTANT) " Dear Higher Self, please merge my 5th dimensional self  with me now. Thank you " " Dear Higher Self, please attune me to Prime Creator.  Thank you " (EXTRAORDINARILY POWERFUL)

" Dear Higher Self, please attune me to the Great Central Sun.  Thank you " (AGAIN, POWERFUL) " Dear Higher Self, please give me a healing to let go of mental, constructs that no longer serve me, such as

please give a healing to help their foot, anger issues, sinuses and relationship with their family)I'm sure you get the idea and you probably need a drink of water by now, remember to hydrate when handling powerful

energies. Go easy on yourself.Information to noteFactors that affect the Higher Self connection, diet, lifestyle,previous experience. It gets stronger the more you use it. The more wisely you use it the more authority you will receive.
