Welcome Kim. We have members that have developed arthritis

as a child. I started in my early 20's. I'm sorry that

you've seemed to inherit it, and hope it can be controlled

with medication. You'll learn a lot here from many very

knowledgeable members.

I have no idea what kind my mom has. All I know is how much she hurts! She

is on a bunch of meds. She is taking a supplement now and it is helping her

to sleep better and more energy than she had before. She added another for

her arthritis this past week. How do you all feel about that?

WOW,

You are one strong person. I cannot believe all that you have been through

and I am so happy for you that you are now on the road to recovery after the

bone marrow biopsy. I always tell my family etc., when they start to feel bad

about the fact that I have RA and Sjogren's that hey it could be so much worse,

I could have cancer. See you just proved my point. I am so glad that you are

doing better and are active in the group. Your dogs sound wonderful and you

must have a supportive partner if they are still with you after all you have

been through. I am happy for you. This is a great group, you are right about

that. Take care of yourself and I am so glad about your successful bone marrow

biopsy.

i joined this group the other day. my name is david and i'm staying in davis, california, USA. as a means of further introducing who i am, let me share with you what i do -- i take a pen and notebook and ask people, "would you care to share your written concept on the word Compassion?" the most frequent and common question is, "why are you doing this?" my answer -- "to increase awareness of compassion."
