Guest guest
Â Earth Diving Breathing / Meditation Technique For thousands of years we have mistakenly tried to bring Chi, Ki, or Prana into our bodies with the air we breath. This is not how we were meant to replenish our life force energy. There is an invisible tube running up and down through the center of your body. This tube is the exact diameter of the circle formed by putting your thumb and middle finger together. It extends from about one hand length above your head to about one hand length below your feet when standing. It comes in through the top of your head and through the perineum, at the base of your spine or root chakra. This is the tube through which we should receive heavenly and earthly energies. When we become aware and breath this way in a conscious manner it activates the chakra system and especially the pineal gland. Breath #1 Inhale Breath in the energy from Father Sky. Breath #1 Hold Mix the energy from Father Sky with the love of your heart. Breath #1 Exhale Send this energy from Father Sky mixed with the love of your heart down to the center of the Mother Earth (She will take this energy and return it to you in your next breath). Breath #2 Inhale Breath in the Energy from Mother Earth. Breath #2 Hold Take the energy received from Mother Earth and mix it with the love of your heart. Breath #2 Exhale Take the energy received from Mother Earth and mixed with the love of your heart and send it up to Father Sky (About 60 miles above the Earth to connect with the Christ Consciousness Grid). Breath #3 Inhale Breath in the energies from both Father Sky and Mother Earth. Breath #3 Hold Mix both of these energies with the love of your heart. Breath #3 Exhale Radiate all of these energies outward in a sphere from your body, filling up the space you are in. Repeat this series of 3 breaths at least 5 times. When you reach the exhale phase of the the third breath, radiate the energy further from your body each time, filling up the room you are in, the Earth, the solar system, and finally the universe.
