Hello Family,

As promised, here is the summation of the class I took on grounding and shielding. Its something I've done for a long time. It was neat to take it as a class from the one who taught me and personally wittness my growth. It was also very humbling.

It takes practice, the more you do it, the easier it is to do, and the more effective, stronger it is. If you have questions, email me.

CREATING YOUR AURA SHIELD

1. Stand in the middle of a room large enough for you to swing your arms around full length.

2. Stand quiet: close your eyes and take three slow deep breaths.

3. Ground yourself, allowing the earth energy to come up through your base chakra, moving up into all your chakras.

4. Allow energy from the universe (god) to come down into your crown chakra.

5. Feel these two energies meet in your body flowing effortlessly into and throughout your whole body.

6. Find your center. Imagine that a small flame dwells there. Breathe into this flame until it fills up your whole body.

7. Feel where your body is in the room; sense how much space your body takes up.

8. Allow the glowing energy within you to expand until it completely surrounds your body.

9. As you raise your arms up above your head as high as you can reach visualize your glowing energy expanding further, allowing it to brighten and strengthen. This is your personal aura (energy field).

10. Slowly and deliberately move your arms down and all around your body, visualizing a protective coating covering your aura just out of your reach. This coating, like your aura, runs all the way around your body even down the same distance below your feet as above your head.

11. Take a moment and contemplate that this space is your birthright. Everything in this space is under your control and you are ultimately responsible for all that happens in this space. Everything outside this space belongs to others; you have no control or the right to control this outside space (except to protect a weaker being from harm)..

12. Give this space shape, texture, and color that feels safe and powerful to you. This is your shield against all harmful incoming energy, anything that is not for your highest good and highest healing. It is also shield keeping any of your energy leaking to others.

13. Take three more slow deep breaths. Feel the security of this your safe space. Carry the image and feeling with you wherever you go, this day and everyday.

14. Open your eyes and get on with the business of living!
