Prayer requests

Hi everyone, I could use a few prayers tonight. We have a dairy and this morning one of our milkers was run over by a large milktruck and was airlifted to Lubbock in pretty bad shape. We are leaving in the morning but could sure use some prayers from you guys. Thanks,

I have seen the two prayers requests from this weekend and hope that

you both find good health and that this poor kitty will be able to be

well. I hope and pray that all of you believe in yourselves and love

yourselves enough to take good care of yourself.

On my own prayer request from last week regarding my dog. There

honestly has not been much difference with this new medication but

the tranquilizers are making him tired enough that I can leave for

work and fell pretty good that he's not barking all day. I just

don't like having to drug him with a tranquilizer each day. As soon

as I'm home he's inside. I truly think he's aged so much in the last

month and don't know if he's 100% happy having to be drugged each

morning. His attachment to me and my daughter really throws him for

a loop when he's in the house and I'm in one room and my daughter is

in the other. He'll get just torn about who to go to. It's hard to

watch. I honestly think that we will have to put him to sleep

because I don't think he's really happy anymore. I know for sure

he's old but I'm pretty sure he's just tired. I'm not going to do

anything about this until the middle of June. We will be going on a

vacation and I'll have to decide what is best for him before we go.

It might be too much for him to have us away from him for a week. I

want to thank everyone for their prayers and am asking you all to

shift them to these new requests as I really feel at peace about this

issue and now feel like I'm just trying to take care of this furry

little old man who has given me love for so many years. I'll keep

everyone posted.

PRAYER FOR THE SHAR PEI

Dear Lord up in heaven I pray

For my dear friend, Texas Mom's Shar Pei

Who's going a little crazy, I think

And could use a miracle or a doggie shrink.

When she is gone he feels so sad

Cries, howls, and makes the neighbors mad

She isn't sure just what to do

Dear God she needs to hear from You!

We hope his saddened heart You'll thaw

Could he learn to blow through the golden straw?

And do some lifelift and relax?

(are those wrinkles or are those cracks?)

Some foot massage might do the trick

There's 4 to work on so start real quick

Some accupressure for a change of pace

He could even end up with a smooth, smooth face!

Will he stay here or will he go?

Please give Texas Mom PEACE and let her know.

Just want you to know that this is one of the cutest things that I

have ever read. Could you write one about cats!? Thanks for sharing

that with us all, it really lifted my spirits and with your

permission, I think that I would really love to send your poem to a

great friend of mine who also has a couple Shar Pei.

Libby I have to say Bravo on this one. Not because it applies to me

but this is by far your best work! Does anyone have a Pullitzer

prize around for her. You are just the best. Thank you so much for

bringning in some humor to this mess. I have to say that even doing

LL all day long and the acupuncture facelift would not help his many

wrinkles! Thanks so much for this. I'm printing it out and saving

it.

So was my mother when she died of *her* massive heart attack at age 44. In

fact, she had an ekg the week before and it was fine. Bad diet and too many

cigarets did her in in her case. She lived on coffee & Salems and put a

pound of butter & heavy cream in her mashed potatoes. Oh, and she avoided

exercise like it was something evil! Napping was her favorite activity.

I'll keep you and your family in my prayers.

Dear Family,

Please send prayers for my daughter who has 2 different types of

bacterial pneumonia, and my husband who is in the hospital with

very high blood pressure and chest discomfort. My son also has a

fever and respiratory stuff. And I'm trying to hold it all together,

which is not easy.

hello friends, I have a couple prayer requests, one that is very urgent.

just called and asked for prayers for the daughter of a co-worker.

Stella is about 4 years old and has not been feeling good for a couple

of days. She is having major neurological symptoms now and is in the

hospital undergoing many tests. The DRs. have no idea of what it is but

they have 2 other children there with similar symptoms and they have

progressed into comas. The mom is Katrina. said that Stella was

at Target a few days ago and gave her a Hello Kitty sticker so

whatever this is, it progresses quickly.

My second request has to do with my brother's step grandson. Some of you

know the story behind this but there has been a custody battle for

Jeabrian for a long time and the court just gave custody to the father.

This would have been a lose/lose situation except for the fact that the

father was married again. We just found out his wife left him. She was

the only stabilizing influence the little guy had. Jeabrian is 5. Thank

you for all your prayers.
