Guest guest
Snding light your way and get well! From: Anne <lauraanneevans@...>Subject: [] Influenza & Illness , "lianne" <liane@...>Date: Friday, October 23, 2009, 11:49 PM Hello HH family... It seems like so many of us are getting sick right now. Since Monday 10/19 this week I've been dealing with that nasty stomach flu that lasts aproximately 2 weeks. It is miserable. Not sure how I picked it up. Everyone, please do what you can to stay healthy, and help keep your family and friends healthy. Trust me, YOU DO NOT WANT to catch this. The abdominal cramps and spasms are similar to appendicitis. Along with that you still have the aches throughout your body, and no energy with a low grade up to a moderate fever that goes up and down. The Cure? Bedrest, sleep, soup, stay hydrated, take my vitamins, minerals, omega's. Last, but not least, POSITIVE ATTITUDE etc. Yes, the swine flu (H1N1) is serious. There are also many types of Influenza. Yes, for some it is mild. For some it is misery. For some it is deadly. There are many factors that contribute to the intensity and degree each person suffers if they contract influenza. As for flu shots, do your research from reliable and honest sources that are non biased, and make the decision you feel is in your best intrest. Take care everyone, and do all you can to stay healthy. The article posted by DL ZETA on Friday, 10/23 is very well weritten, full of wonderful information in preventing illness and what to do if you do become ill with whatever disease you contract. It is worth taking the time to read. Love, Light & Blessings! Namaste' & Peace! ____________ _________ _________ _________ _________ __
