If you had to create a list of your top 10 natural wellness aids what would they be and what do the do

Here's mine

MMS mega pathogen killer

Sprouted seeds - basic nutrition

Siberian Pine Nut Oil - for gastro intestinal

Slippery Elm Bark - good simple food

Carrot, Celery, Beet and Wheatgrass juice - living food easily absorbed

Hot herbal tea - comforting, dehydrating, alternative to coffee

Hydrotherapy - hot baths, cold showers, hot tubs if you have one

Colloidal Silver - a friend told me you could make it for very little - kills bad stuff, great for gums

Oil of Oregano - powerful antibacterial

Flax seed - keeps colon clean

Powdered Mega Anti-Oxidant Nutrition red/green drinks - where food fails

Bonus

A friend who knows all about, grows and makes herbal concoctions. That's on my wishlist until I learn how myself
