May I ask that you please put your name at the end of messages for our 2 blind members. Thanks. After 5 years it may be that something else is going on. Candida also causes anxiety attacks and depression, as well as sinus problems. You cannot go wrong getting the nutrients your body needs to heal itself, and also it will greatly help your depression. This is a healing program my friend, that is why I set up a website: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com You can do searches on my site for Sinus & Nose Treatments, and for Depression & Anxiety. You will also find handy food and supplements lists. The best in health, Bee

My program does recommend natural methods which I believe are so much better, and plus the fact that they are not toxic like drugs. ==>Skin problems are very common with candida mainly because the immune system is so depressed and also because the body externalizes healing to the skin to protect vital inner organs. > On top of the scalp issues my health has declined over the past year. You can cure candida with nutrition and probiotics alone because the diet builds up the immune system and the probiotics plant good bacteria in the gut. However, antifungals lower the numbers of candida colonies because they cause a lot of obstruction and damage. But as you kill them off they grow more; you kill them off and they grow more, etc. ==>It is best to do all 4 steps - in the meantime it is a three-fold fight; building up the immune system, killing off candida, and implanting good bacteria. In the end you will win if you follow the program. ==>The best antifungal for systemic candida is raw crushed garlic or garlic tea. But coconut oil is important too because of the many other benefits it provides. Bee

Guest guest
Hi My boyfriend who has Lyme also diagnosed with Candida. I can empathise with the feeling of being overwhelmed by the diet changes as I am at my wits end trying to adjust his diet! We find that he has poor digestion in general, most food causes stomach pain and so his diet is quite restricted. We think he has candida+gastroparesis+gastritis. So eating acid foods aggravates the gastritis, eating low GI foods results in indigestion and eating high GI foods aggravates the candida! Presently he tries oatmeal with water for breakfast. Salad with chicken & egg for lunch, and chicken, veg, potatoes for dinner. Bananas for snacks. This seems to be all he can eat. Brown rice and millet especially cause stomach pain, bloating, indigestion (but not acid indigestion - perhaps a lack of acid?), fat also causes burning sensation in the stomach. We are going to try digestive enzymes, glutathione for detox and if he gets on ok with that caprylic acid for the candida. You can get a test to see which anti-fungals your candida strain will respond to. I read that one doctor recommends diflucan for treating candida and lyme at the same time - Dr Schardt - recommends diflucan followed by narrow spectrum antibiotics. Not sure if it works or not. Perhaps for some. Well, hope you find a way to deal with both lyme and candida. Dr Myhill's website is quite good - you might want to check it out: www.drmyhill.co.uk Regards Lara > > > Hello! > I have just been diagnosed with Candida in addition to Lyme > Disease. Guest guest
I have a whole long list of symptoms and have no idea which ones are due to Lyme Disease and which are due to Candida. Joint pain, diarrhea, nausea, and neurological problems are the most pressing. I have had all kinds of tests and got one back for Candida. The normal level is less than 100 and mine was over 300. I have another appt. with my LLMD on Tues. Libsak2@... wrote: What are your symptoms. Lib
Guest guest
Hi Carol, I just wanted to tell you that I suffered with fybromyalgia for two years before I went for six months of acupuncture treatment, which alleviated the muscle pains immensely, but they began to return again about 9 months later. During that time, and even previous to then, my joints had started to pain me, and only calcium and magnesium supplements could ease that pain. I also have had a terrible sore throat and mouth ulcers, always exacerbated by sugars, so I guessed it was a candida issue, but didn't realise that candida could be the cause of all my health problems! I've been following Bee's dietary program for two/three months, and now my fibromyalgia only comes on when the candida are dying off in large amounts (referred to here as die-off symptoms) My joints don't trouble me at all. My sore throat comes with die-off too. In my opinion, following the plan as directed by Bee in the files is the best thing you can do to help resolve your health issues. Scrap the diflucan (I was once prescribed that for thrush years ago, and it's just toxic junk, the medical profession has yet to catch up with the cause and treatment of candidiasis; only by changing your diet can you get a grip on the thrush), and begin the exciting road of recovery through completely natural means. The information Bee has provided here is priceless, and everyone here constantly refers to the files and rereads the info, as there is a lot to take in in one go. But my advice to you is go easy on yourself, and persevere! There is a lot of support here. With best wishes, Nicola > > Hello Bea > > I am a new group member. I am sure i missed it somewhere but is there a good homeopathic remedy for this. Dying In Texas!! ==>Hi Carol. Welcome to our group. Arthritis, fibromyalgia and related symptoms/diseases are caused by toxins. Candida puts out over 79 different kinds of toxins so it is the culprit. Diflucan is extremely hard on the liver, unlike natural foods and substances which cause no side effects. There are no quick fixes, and candida cannot just be " killed of " to get rid of it. The only way to cure candida is to build up your immune system so it becomes strong enough to " make " candida change back into the nice friendly organism it is supposed to be in the body. That is what this program is all about - diet plus supplements which provide the nutrients your body needs in order to heal itself naturally. Only by following " nature's laws " can we become well. The 1st step to becoming well is to read and learn; there are over 700 articles / recipes, etc. in our Group's Files (left menu) - start with the 2nd Folder which contains my candida articles. > The best in health, Bee

However I am still fighting with > thrush and night sweats. Any suggestions on how to deal with this > would be helpful. The thrush is getting better. Still not gone but > better. Thanks > ==>Hi Rod. That's good your thrush is improving. Remember that it takes 1 month of natural healing for every year you've been unhealthy. For most people nowadays that is since before birth, so it takes time and patience. The only way to cure candida is by building up the immune system so it becomes strong enough to " make " candida change back into the friendly organism it is supposed to be. ==>Night sweats are mainly caused by adrenal fatigue, and sometimes other organ malfunctions are also involved. Adrenal fatigue is a common candida symptom because candida toxins make all of the body's cells go rigid/stiff, which interferes with the functioning of all organs, and " in turn " hormone production. See " Candida Cause Cell Membrane Defects " ; http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/cabout1.php Also see the Adrenal & Thyroid Malfunction information; http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu4_7_1.php I hope that helps. Guest guest
I understand, Edie. It's a lot of new information to take in. You're not expected to get it all at once. Bee's main article, " How to Overcome Candida " explains a lot and it's a great article to go back to over and over. There is a wealth of other information available at our group site in the archived messages and in our group files as well as at Bee's website. Her website has a search function so it's a little easier to find things there. Go to: www.healingnaturallybybee.com and put the words " coconut oil " into the Google search engine at the top right hand corner of the home page. You'll find a lot of information there about coconut oil. It has many amazing healing benefits. jackie >> > Can you please tell me what is ECVO? and where can it be purchased,Thank you so much.> Hi Edie,I think you mean, " EVCO " which is short for Extra Virgin Coconut Oil.Please check our files or BEe's website for the Coconut Oil resourceslist and you'll find a list of places to buy it.
