Ambien is also addictive. I had to withdraw from something similar 18 years

ago after my body went into spontaneous withdrawals. I had been taking the

medicine for three years on my doctor's orders and never abused it by taking

more than the prescribed amount. Please be careful when taking anything

similar. Try to find natural alternatives whenever you can.
