Guest guest Posted December 23, 2008 Report Share Posted December 23, 2008 Hi Does anyone know how much of grapefruit seed extract equals 500mg of flagyl? Is it 500 mg to 500 mg? I bought the liquid grapefruit seed extract and did what would be 500 mg but the bottle said not to do that high dose. I guess I ignore that? I'm trying to do the urine Igenex test and there is an antibiotic protocol. The grapefruit seed extract pill is probably easier on digestive tract than the liquid but I bought the liquid becase the pills had other ingredients. I read somewhere grapefruit seed extract is sometimes used instead of Flagyl by " some " . Happy holidays and wishing you a healthier New Year.
