FLOWING WITH THE RIVER OF LIFE

Each life is unique. Each one of you are a unique expression of life.

The nature of life is to move and flow like the river. But some people

are clinging to the bank, afraid to let go and risk being carried along

by the current of the river. Instead simply let go, go with the flow

and trust the river to carry you along safely.

You can accept your life here and now, flowing with 'what is', and at

the same time guiding yourself consciously toward your goals by taking

responsibility for creating your life.

Look ahead and guide your course onward, deciding where the course

looks best, steering the way around boulders and snags, and choosing

which of the many channels and branches of the river YOU prefer to

follow all the while still going with the flow.

There may have been times where you were trying to force or push

something to happen - and no matter how hard you tried - it just did

not seem to happen. Then it may have been against the natural flow of

life, because the river of life continues to flow and has its own

rhythm, whether you follow the flow or not - or your heart was not in

to generate enough energy to manifest the desired outcome.

Goals give you a clear focus and direction in which to channel your

natural creative energy, thereby helping you to outflow and contribute

to the world. The Life Energy is there to help you and support you in

your true purpose.

You can always change and develop your goals as you go along. Life’s

unexpected twists; events that unfold and people you encounter on your

journey may alter your life path. It may take your life in a whole new

direction. That is the beauty of life is it not? The beautiful

surprises.

The secret is to find the balance between keeping your goals clearly in

mind and yet enjoying all the beautiful scenes you encounter along the

way, and even being willing to change them if life starts taking you in

a different direction. In short, it means CLARITY, yet FLEXIBLE.

Then you may not always know exactly what you want; and you will have to keep allowing the process to unfold as you go along.

If you stagnate, hold on, cling to a certain point - if you resist,

block, or fight against the 'natural flow', you only begin to cut off

this wonderful flow of energy - life itself.

If you create blocks in yourself, they hold you back from attaining

your highest good and the energy is constricted and cannot move and

flow.

And your existence is reduced to a mere mechanical being who drifts

thoughtlessly through life. If the energy cannot flow freely - there is

no space for new energy to come to you.

Usually blocks are caused by initially by repressed emotions of fear,

sadness, guilt, self-criticism, and/or resentment which cause a person

to tighten up and close down spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and

even physically.

In dealing with a block on any level, what is needed is to get energy moving and flowing in that area.

The key to do this:

1. Mental and emotional acceptance of what you are feeling (on a physical level this manifests as relaxation and release);

2. Clear observation, which leads to an understanding of the root of the problem - which is often limiting attitude or belief.

You will inevitable encounter obstacles and challenges throughout your

life. Life only 'throws' these at you to teach you some important life

lessons. They are a vital part of life - because of them you learn and

grow. Whenever you face an obstacle or challenge - look for the lessons

- learn - and move on.

Have faith that whatever happens in your life could be a stepping stone to greater understanding, love and growth.

Faith based on Truth, Divine will and Love brings Power. Power that

stems from deep within. Power is the result of aligning with,

connecting to, and allowing the 'life energy' within to flow. It comes

from being centered.

We have a common power source - the 'Universal Life Energy' - and the

same creative energy flows through each of us. In whichever way one

conceptualize it, it is within each one of us. This creative energy

brings us vitality.

The energy either flows through you to others, or from others to you.

Let the energy flow through you and give to others, As you outflow your

loving energy, you make space for more to flow into you.

This is the outflow/inflow principle: nature abhors a vacuum, so as you

outflow, you create space into which something must flow. This is a

natural process of life.

When you trust and go with the flow, you will find it effortless and

energizing. The more willing you are to surrender to the life energy

within you, the more your body will become capable of channelling more

energy, and thus more power can flow through you.

The more energy you are willing to receive, the more you will be able to give.

If you trust your intuition and act on it, the more the energy of the

universe can flow through you. As it flows through you, it heals and

transforms you and everyone and everything around you. Everyone around

you can benefit from your energy and begin to trust and be more

themselves.

If you follow your heart - go where your energy takes you - and do what

you really want to do - you will see that everything you do has a

positive effect in the world. People around you will also be affected

by your energy and vitality - maybe even more than they are affected by

your words.

When you open fully you become an open channel through which the 'Universal Energy' works and creates.

Our lives are our greatest work of art. Life is given to you as a piece

of clay and it is up to you to mould in your own unique expression.

Every moment is a moment of creation, and each moment of creation

contains infinite possibilities. Every moment presents a new

opportunity and a new decision. And the choices you make, shape and

direct your life. You can be the script writer, producer and actor.

What a evolutionary journey. What a magnificent art form.

When you are aligned with the Life Energy - with clarity and intent - you have tremendous power to create.

BE YOURSELF. Experience life in your own way and face life directly and

honestly. Be TRUE to yourself in the fullest sense, grow in great

measure into the person you are capable of being, realizing your

HIGHEST and FULLEST potential.

When you live COMPLETELY and TRULY, you are living AUTHENTICALLY.

Everyone needs to grow in their own way and at their own pace.

Life really is beautiful in its totality.
