Heating pad to get the buggers?

Since heating up the bodies core temp would bring out the keets how

would using a heating pad work?

I have been laying on the heating pad daily and my back pain is getting

better. Would this mean that I have killed any of them?

If so then what about using it for any other area to get rid of them?

Has anyone else done this?
