The Power of Mind Energy & Heart Energy

Life is ever evolving and expanding through our thoughts, feelings, and

actions. The higher we take our attention and perspectives, the greater

our experience becomes. Life itself mirrors back to us the effects of

our thoughts and feelings – our creative power. The reflections are

guideposts to help us understand the way we use our energy

Each of us has the authority to choose our thoughts and feelings and

therefore, change our perspectives and realities. We have the capacity

to grow and evolve consciously.

Always remember that you have the freedom of choice in how you want to

live your life. You can see the best in a situation or find the worst.

You can be a victim or take control of your life. You always have a

choice.

Our own consciousness is like being a droplet within a vast ocean of

creative intelligence. We have everything within us and we are a part

of a greater whole.

We are without any limit to our thoughts and feelings in life and can

create any reality we choose to focus our ATTENTION upon. There are

infinite imaginative possibilities when we allow the freedom to go

beyond our perceived limits. If we can dream it, we can manifest it.

Our strengths and weakness, talents, skills, and challenges all remind

us of our creative power. Where we encounter obstacles and limitation,

we can find the courage and determination to uncover our truth and live

by our light. As we continue to discover who we are, we can explore our

dreams and make them a reality. We have the power to become all we

desire and to share our hopes, visions and love with the rest of the

world.

THIS JOURNEY IS ULTIMATELY A PERSONAL ONE

We discover ourselves through our interactions with the people, places,

and the things around us. Through it all though, it is still our

journey not someone else’s. What we become is a product of our INTENT

and the ENERGY we put out to the world.

We are receptacles and distributors of universal energy.

What we visualize and feel within becomes our outer experience of

reality, not the other way around. The energy we send forth through

thought and feeling returns to us as our experiences.

Life is forever showing us our perceived version of reality. It is up

to each of us to claim our truth of existence and infinite creative

power and rise above our limitations.

AS WITHIN, SO WITHOUT

The physical world is based upon the simplest of law; before anything

becomes manifest in the outer material world, it is first conceived of

in thought and feeling. No thing ever physically produced on this

planet by us, happened without a thought idea and a desired feeling to

produce it first. Our imagination coupled with our concentrated feeling

of desire to make a physical item causes the material things in life to

become a reality.

The same is true with our relationships, friendships, careers,

education, and hobbies, for example. Every moment our personal

adventure reflects to us our evolving beliefs and perspectives about

life. If we believe in a negative or fearful reality, we draw

experiences that mirror this level of consciousness. Likewise, if we

focus upon unlimited possibilities and opportunities, we experience a

reality filled with this expanded awareness.

WE ARE MAGNETIC TO OUR EXPERIENCES

What extraordinary power we have! We are the creators of our reality.

Focusing our attention upon thoughts and holding a concentrated effort

of feeling toward our goals, we manifest the very things in life we

wish to experience. We are playing in a physical world, sending forth

our energy through a creative process and receiving the results in the

finished form.

What we BELIEVE to be true is what we experience in life. Our personal

beliefs are the mechanisms that direct our attention upon a condition,

person, place, or thing. Each of is the sole qualifier of our world. We

are the only points of focus that can make change in our life and

world. Our reality comes from what we want in life and where we focus

our attention. Also, what we deny in life is what we limit ourselves

from experiencing. The energy provides either way.

Each daily activity represents the energy of our beliefs set into motion. These activities show us what we perceive life to be.

We are all connected to one another and our actions affect the entire

planet. Every thought, feeling, and activity we engage in affects the

world and beyond.

The beauty of our thoughts is that they provide the energy to create

our world. Thoughts couple with the innate energy of desire, which is

the feeling aspect, and together we take action and produce whatever we

think about.

THOUGHT AND FEELING FIRST, PHYSICAL REALITY SECOND

This is the process for everything we do in life. We start with a

thought and then use the feeling energy provided to put into motion the

various appropriate actions to carry out the desire. When we stay with

the process long enough to see its success, we successfully create the

things we imagine in our minds.

Wherever we focus our attention and therefore, our thoughts, we create

that reality. Momentary thoughts and ideas without desire, however,

pass though and do not become as physical to us. It requires FOCUS and

FEELING to make our thoughts real.

Each of us can choose the thoughts we want. Choosing our thoughts also

means choosing the energy we wish to have at our command. This is an

important aspect in understanding and accepting our unlimited

potential.

By not paying attention to our thoughts, we allow random influences to

mold and shape our lives for us. Every thought that passes through our

mind has the potential to create the reality contained within the

thought. When we fail to consciously choose our thoughts, we give away

our power and potential.

This unconscious way of thinking scatters our energy in all directions

because we do not focus our attention upon a specific desire or goal

within. Instead, we allow many limiting thoughts to grab our attention

that dissipate quickly. They, in turn, dissipate our energy and we

never gain the momentum to fulfil our goals.

WE BECOME WHAT WE FEEL. EMOTION IS ENERGY IN MOTION.

We require our mind and thoughts to direct our attention to a desired

focus. Once there, it is our feeling world that generates the

motivation to produce the experience. If we do not feel enough, we do

not engage sufficient energy to produce results. Feelings are the

powerhouse and provide the energy of ultimate manifestation when these

energies are combined with our mental pictures to complete the creative

process.

If we desire (through feeling) to experience something, we must

generate a focus of this desire and hold it long enough to see the

results.

We need to integrate and expand our consciousness awareness of our

feelings and our thoughts. It is important to stop and focus and ensure

our feelings are following our constructive attention and inner goals.

Once aligned, we can direct these energies and focus them like a mighty

beam of light upon our heart’s desires.

MAKE YOUR CHOICES CONSCIOUSLY

When we seek to change our world through love and pursue our dreams

without limits, we have the resources of the universe at our command.

Consciously choosing our thoughts allows us to use our imagination and

inner creative resources. Through thoughts and feelings we are directed

to the appropriate people, books, experiences, and information to get

us closer to our desired goal.

Each of us, as electromagnetic beings, has a tone or field of energy

about us that constantly shifts according to our consciousness and

pictures of reality. As we focus our personal thoughts and feelings in

a certain way, we direct these energy patterns to mold and change

accordingly. It is like using different lenses on a camera. Each belief

and perspective acts as a lens or filter and produces a different

picture of reality.

Every moment we make decisions that automatically sends energy into

motion. This energy goes forth to model itself upon the thought,

feeling and intent we had at that particular moment.

Every person is a unique expression of life and deserves to become

their potential. We are only mutual participants of our momentary

experience with each other.

Most people would enjoy gaining control over the peaks and valleys of

their daily experiences. The only way to accomplish this is to master

the energy we allow to express through us. Every moment provides us

with the opportunity to choose which way the energy will be directed.

We are the sole directors of the positive and loving energies we allow

flow through us and then send forth.

When we follow the prompting of our heart’s desires and come from love,

our manifestations benefit everyone. This is how we learn the art of

true preference and consciousness creation.

We are qualifying energy every moment whether we are aware of this

process or not. The world reflects our attempts and shows us our

current ability and understanding of our creations.

The Universe is an unlimited source and supplier of infinite good.

There are trillions upon trillions of stars and planets in space. Our

bodies have trillions of intelligent cells performing unbelievable

tasks every moment. There is no end to the possibilities of life offers

us each moment. The universe has boundless opulence and limitless

energy.

It is the limited human who places barriers, walls, conditions and

expectations, upon its physical reality. These consist of perspectives,

wants, opinions, judgments, guilt and the urge to control and

manipulate. They are all based in an illusion of fear, lack, doubt, and

scarcity.

WE ALL HAVE THE POWER TO CREATE

What is important is our recognition of inner opulence and making our

choices with preference. We can have everything we desire from the

HEART, if we believe it is possible and take the actions necessary to

make it happen. When we pursue our dreams and insure our loving intent,

the universe rushes forth to help us.

We are responsible for our decisions and their potential outcome

whether we accept our choice of preference or follow the suggestions of

another.

The universe lovingly provides boundless energy to fulfil our dreams.

The physical world is complete with an array of ideas and choices to

satisfy our deepest need and wants along with our preferences and

desires. We must be willingly to accept the possibilities and expand

beyond our limited perspectives. When we dare to dream big, great

things come as a result. The focus of our attention through our

thoughts and feelings determines the difference.

We have the FULL creative power to mold and evolve energy to manifest a

reality that blesses and uplifts all. This amazing power stands

quiescent within our world until we acknowledge, unfold and use its

potential.

Awareness in life expands when we embrace the fact that everything

happens for a reason and we admit responsibility for our part. As said

previously, the outer world is only a reflection of energy set into

motion. When we gratefully welcome responsibility for the role we play,

the correction and solution automatically come forth.

In this current moment all we need and require already exists inside

us. Imagination and fulfilment are always present through the power of

our conscious awareness of it.

What we do in our reality, affects everybody and everything in some

way. This is why the power is so potent. The energy acts according to

our direction and all life feels the effect.

Everyone has the power and gift of imagination and the ability to

manifest their dreams. Dreams that inspire and bless others, add to the

total good available to humankind.

Our point of power is strongest when we focus our entire being upon the

present moment. Being consciously aware of the energy and forces acting

in our current experience allows us to consciously create from our

highest point of wisdom.

The talents, skills, ideas, and pure potential all combine to make you

who you are. Each of these components comes together in unique and

wonderful ways to allow your individual expression. Your strengths and

weakness are the opportunities for growth and expansion. Your active

involvement allows others to participate in the gifts you present.

Without your willingness these interactions cannot occur.

Never underestimate your power and the love you supply to the world

around you. You contribute marvellous energy to the people and things

in life; without your energy, they would not have the same qualities.

Like a tapestry of grand design, each thread comprises the final

picture. The picture cannot be complete without the thread of color

that you provide.
