Guest guest
Dear Nannette, You have my prayers, and my heart goes out to little Maggie and all of you. My husband's nephew had a brain tumor, was diagnosed at 6, and lived until 12. That was like 15 years ago, and treatment has come a long way since then. Hopefully Maggie will have the surgery, and it will be a success! ~~tricia~ -- Urgent prayer request Please, please pray for my 8 yr old niece, Maggie Reca. Guest guest
The biopsy on my niece's brain tumor came back malignant. The doctors did not operate today, just did the biopsy. They are meeting with my sister tomorrow morning to show her the MRIs, explain the surgery and probably the prognosis. My other sister in VA talked to my brother in law and he said the tumor hadn't spread. It's all very confusing and very upsetting. Please continue to keep Maggie and her family in your prayers, especially my sister Kathi, Maggie's mother. The surgery will be Monday and I guess after that we will all know the worst or the best. Thank you for your continued prayers. I know they make a difference. God bless. Nannette Urgent prayer request Please, please pray for my 8 yr old niece, Maggie Reca. Guest guest
Maggie is in our prayers, We will ask God for his healing hand to come over her and make her well again. I know after losing your Dad it would be hard to have this too and I know God would not want any of this to happen. He loves us all. So we will pray all week for your Maggie. Being a child it's so very hard to take. I know because I have three children of my own two of which are mentally challenged and one has a hear condition. I pray every day and night that God doesn't take them from me like he did with my Mom and DAd and then my husband left us for some one else after 25 years. Anyway I don't want to complain about my life I feel I want to pray for you. I know God can do wonderful and miraculous things and he will for you all and Maggie especially. Nannette, There are no words to say to ease the anguish of mind and heart that you and your family are experiencing right now over the serious illness of such a such a small child. Prayer indeed is the best I can offer in the way of comfort. A favorite passage of mine is " I have strength beyond what is normal by virtue of Him who imparts power to me. " I pray that you find the strength and comfort to face the future, whatever that holds. My heart aches for you and your family. You are in my thoughts constantly, as are so many here in the group. Rest assured of the love we all have for you and yours. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Caroline We may not be able to change the direction of the wind, but we can adjust our sails. Guest guest
I just came from visiting my business partner. He had spinal surgery on Wednesday... fused L1-L5. Unfortunately, he came out of the procedure BLIND. He is 62 and very distraught. I ask for your prayers. The drs. do not know what happened... a surgery that should take 3-4 hours took approximately 8.5 hours. Lost approximately 2500 cc of blood. I know they say that God does not put more on a person than what they can handle... Naturally Scentual, Inc.
