Guest guest
Hi This is my first post, have been a reader so far. I have been taking LDN for about 5 months now, for CFS amongst other things. I had to start very low - could only tollerate .05 mls at first, I got very anxious and panicky. I have managed to creep up to nearly 2 mls, but seem to be plagued with Candida, have all the symptoms. Reading up on it I think this has been a problem for me for many years. I read here that this can stop the LDN working. I have bought some books on it and am going to do the diet. But I am really at a loss as to which supplements to take and I read that some are prescribed only. I see a specialist, not locally, who has suggested the LDN who has been excellent. I have been seeing him for a few years now. He writes to my GP, but I feel my GP is not really interested. It would be nice to have someone locally to talk with and to guide me through this diet and advise on supplements etc. I have printed of information and given to my GP but it is never brought up when I see her unless I mention it. I wondered if anyone here may point me in the right direction as to various supplements to help get rid of this Candida. I am going to make an appointment to see my GP next week and would like to have some more information to take along with me. Hope someone can help Regards Maureen
