Hello,

I have 4.5 mg of LDN capsules but my prescription took forever to get here and

now when I took it I had horrible side effects. It was working fine before. My

Dr. is out of town for 3 weeks and need to go down in doze. I tried looking it

up on this site and couldn't find the instructions on how to mix LDN and water,

type of water and so forth. Could anyone tell me how to mix my 4.5 mg with

water so I can take a lesser amount until my Dr. comes back. I started with 3

mg and it worked fine. Thank you in advance for your help.

well to make math easy ...mix 2 of the 4.5 mg capsules with 9 ml of distilled water. You now have 3 doses of 3 mg each - because 3 ml of the mixture will equal 3 mg of LDN

Put 2 capsules in 15 ml of mineral water or distilled water

and mix it.

Every night take 5 ml of the liquid and put it in a glass

with a bit water and drink it.

The rest keep closed in the fridge
