Ldn prevent cytokine reaction? Lyme/mold

I'm getting ready to start cms (questrin) to bind up mold and other biotoxins.

Because it can cause sometimes a cytokine immune reaction actos (a diabetic

drug) is used along side it to prevent this. This drug can have horrible side

effects and I'm too thin to take it I'm wondering if ldn would help keep the

immune system balanced and keep this from happening or could ldn hurt and make

it more likely to happen? I'm on 3mg transdermal from skips. Thank you ,
