It all starts with loving myself more and when my own cup of love is overflowing I can be more loving to all those who join me on my journey or cross my path.YOU and I have a wonderful opportunity as we go into this new year of ours.We have the chance to consciously change the world!Yes, each of us has the power to radically and profoundly change our small corner of the world.And as we change our corner so the knock on effect will bring the change we wish to see in the wider world.Of course, we already change the world by our thoughts and actions, day by day. Each of us does.We all contribute to that great energy gestalt of which

we are a part and by what we put out from our own consciousness we make changes... so often unconsciously.But when we consciously decide that we will be the change we wish to see in the world.. we can hold immense power of how our experiences will be shaped and so too those of whom will walk alongside us on the journey through life, and those who, indeed, will be fortunate or unfortunate enough to cross our path.We have a choice.Do we create love?Or more love?Or do we create more fear... more conflict.. more uncertainty... more procrastination.. more of the same, may be?So would it not be a good idea as we look to our new year resolutions to resolve to be extra nice to the person whom we are with throughout this lifetime and beyond... ourselves?May be, we can heal ourselves of the wounds of the past... tackle health challenges...cure emotional ills...love ourselves like never before...And

from our own cup of overflowing love, we can now make loving choices and take loving decisions in respect of our relationships, our experiences, our working life, our finances...It's a simple choice, reallyThe most important connection we need to make is the connection with our loving heart... that place inside of us where heaven dwells.And now we have found that place inside of us wherein the whole universe resides we can now pour out that love into our day to day life.We can ask ourselves: What would love do now? in every situation that perplexes us or throws up a choice.We can relinquish judgment, criticism and condemnation and take on board a greater kindness and compassion.And when we look upon the world and other people we can see the divinity in all that is.Let us revere other human beings... even if their behaviour causes us much displeasure if it is not akin with love.But let us
