Guest guest
I am not recalling anyone saying you cannot use LDN if you have adrenal fatigue. What I would say is LDN is not typically a stand alone tx and you will need to address the adrenal fatigue. But I can think of no reason from what you mentioned not to start LDN. Anyone else know something I don't? Jaxi On Wed, Feb 2, 2011 at 1:33 PM, love46kids <kristinhunt@...> wrote: Hello all -I joined the group when my daughter began LDN for leaky gut and food allergies. I have Hashi's and was recently diagnosed (saliva testing) with adrenal fatigue. I have read the book recommended by many of you on the site for adrenal fatigue. My question is, can I use LDN? I have seen many posts that seem to say you can't use it if you have adrenal fatigue, though I do not understand why. Any help/suggestions would be great. Guest guest
Some so-called " adrenal experts " on have highly opinionated ideas of what can or cannot be done to heal adrenals. I had severe adrenal exhaustion when I started LDN. While it is not a standalone treatment, it did no harm and probably helped. What cured my adrenal problems was the iodine protocol plus additional supplements for adrenal support. The Iodine list is here on . -- At 03:03 PM 2/2/2011, you wrote: >I am not recalling anyone saying you cannot use LDN if you have adrenal >fatigue. Guest guest
You can start ldn ,but at a low dose like 1.5 mg. Make sure to treat candida if you have it,and increase slowly slowly. You will meed to treat the adrenal.it is very much related also to the functioning of the thyroid. Much info in this book. Guest guest
I don't recall anything much being said about naltrexone on the NTH group I'm on. And lots of us with adrenal issues seem to use it. Jaye > >Hello all - > >I joined the group when my daughter began LDN for leaky gut and food > >allergies.
