Warning Tramadol and naltrexone

I have been taking Tramadol for a while due to herxing and big time pain with

Lyme and co. I took one pill of 4.5 dose of Nal and withing 30 min I was having

heart palps,anxiety,nausea and more. I was awake all night,felt horrible. Then

after researching I found Tram is addictive which I had been told it was not.

And also read it should not be taken with Nal. So now I need to get off the Tram

and not sure what I will do about Nal. Sooo just wanted to share so no one else

will go through this. Also Is Naltrexone addictive ? Nov 2010 PDR came saying

Tramadol is addictive. :(
