looking for a doctor to prescribe LDN

Hi

anyone know of a doctor who will prescribe, and also know about LDN in or around the NY area? preferrably in the Hudson Valley (catskills mountains) area.

I can't seem to find a doctor unless I travel several hours.

will LDN relieve anxiety/depression, fibro, myofascial pain syndrome and menopause?

I am at the end of my rope with all these conditions..
