question on time of taking LDN

Hello; I hope to get some feedback.

I take the LDN just before I get my night’s bath

before bed. The time can vary considerably. I take it with the 0.5 mg of

clonazepam I take just before bed also. My questions are these: 1. should I instead

take the LDN at the same TIME each night, regardless of what time I”ll be

getting to bed? And, 2. is it ok to take the clonazepam and the LDN together

each night: any contraindications there? Thanks so much for all the info I

receive through these lists each day!
