Guest guest
I've been taking LDN for 6 years, now. I have found that it is not a cure-all and, I take something for depression also. It is ridiculous to assume that LDN can miraculously cure everything and, that's all one needs.
Guest guest
I also want to add my experience taking LDN and depression meds. I have been on LDN 3mg for two years...i had been on 20 mg Lexapro for a few years prior....after getting my thyroid more stable, i tried stopping lexapro (about 6 months into taking LDN) i stayed off of it for almost a year but realized i still needed extra help for depression, although it was less than in the past..so i started back on 5mg lexapro..not quite enough..so i went to 10 mg...BINGO....i feel much better and still at half the dose i once needed.....so i believe its an individual thing....some need a little extra help and some find LDN alone clears depression. thankful for LDN, Terri From: cathy.camara <cathy.camara@...>Subject: [low dose naltrexone] LDN & depressionlow dose naltrexone Date: Sunday, January 30, 2011, 3:27 PM I've been taking LDN for 6 years, now.
