yes, i do know i don't want to go higher than 4.5. i'm wondering if anyone else

has been told that 2.5mg of the cream is equal to 5mg of a capsule. my

pharmacist told me that is the case, as when we take a capsule we're not

actually getting/absorbing a full 4.5 dose. or, do i actually have room to go

up on that dose?

also, unfortunately, i cannot tolerate many supplements, glutamine being one of

them. ironically, i have a toxic reaction to just 500mg/day, where i have

emotional symptoms and pitting edema in my legs (same symptoms with foods, as

well).

again, i ask how long does it take to see effects, and how will i know if it's

working, specifically in the case of leaky gut?

This is the first time I have heard about LDN cream. Would someone please tell me about the cream? What does it do as opposed to the LDN capsules? Is it good for skin conditions such as rashes and irritations? Where can it be obtained?

The cream Works the same as the caps.it is good for those

with gut problem,or small children.

It will not help with skin problems when you smear it on the

place.
