Hey , I just sent another message about this before seeing your response with some more details of the situation. Thanks for the feedback. She did have an MRI 4 months ago before starting LDN which was during her last flare. It showed enhancing lesions, and the recent MRI showed new enhancing lesions that have arisen since starting the LDN, which we were upset about. She takes 4.5 mg between 9 and 11 PM every night. I empirically recommend 6 months. Why, because in my experience the patients who have been slow responders took six months to start to respond. You can intellectualize this in many ways, but bottom line it is such.
