Most of us simply take the 4.5 everyday. As an aside, after reading this sort of advice over the years, I have occasionally skipped a dose, if I have forgotten to dissolve some new or am traveling or something. I have not found any difference. But it is nice to know that it does not seem to build up in me, plus I don't fear missing a dose here and there. I see no reason for people not to try some different regimes if they are having problems or even to make sure that there is not a better schedule, as long as they have given the recommended advice a try. For many of us, doing exactly as originally designed works wonders. As a second point. I am fascinated by the statement that one dose can give a boost for a week. We use it on our dogs and horses, but only to-affect, meaning that they don't take it all the time, but only when their immune system seems to need a boost. I am experimenting with dosing them at the same time as we give the vaccinations so that their systems are (1) not overwhelmed by the vaccine and (2) so that their immune systems can respond well to the challenge. I don't know if I will have any clinical evidence, but I believe that it can't hurt. Francie http://Kristull.com
