How long should I put up with this - will it pass? Should I perhaps experiment taking the LDN in the mornings? I am taking it for fibro, endometriosis, CFS, goitre and other general poor health issues. ------------------------------------

Guest guest
If the underlying source of your thyroid problem is Hypothyroid caused by Hashimotos then it is very likely that after one month of LDN your autoimmune system is stable meaning that you may need to reduce your thyroid meds significantly. Many folks with Hypo don't know that they have Hashis. It causes bouts of Hyperthyroid and followed by Hypothyroid, etc. If you are swinging into a hyper period and also taking LDN, thereby reducing the attacks on your thyroid further, then its very possible you have too much thyroid in your system. Are you having the other Hyper symptoms? Increased temperature in the evenings, increased heart rate?See here for more info on another thyroid patient taking LDN: http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/stories-of-others/rosies-story/On Feb 15, 2011, at 9:59 PM, jodi2ben wrote: Hi all I have managed to get up to 4.5mgs of LDN about 3 weeks ago now. Guest guest
For those who are asking if taking LDN in the morning works - It does for me. I've been on it for over 2 1/2 years. The first 6 months I took it at night and couldn't get good quality sleep. I switched to mornings and all is well. I tried taking it at night since then with the same bad sleep issues. The best one I hhave used so far is from Vitasun...... Cheers Celia ------------------------------------
