Sluggish and tired - First Day

I have been off all opiates since 1/20 and started LDN last night first time.

Today has been such a hard day - very tired, headache, no energy. Wow what a

disappointment. Anyone with this experience? Should I wait longer before

re-starting? Hang in there and take another 4.5mg dose tonight and expect

different results tomorrow? Does it take time? I appreciate feedback from all

these very helpful folks.
