How to remove energy blocks?

Hello, this question comes from my mom, she has been doing some healing work on

her husband, and she mentioned how she feels a block that is not allowing the

full energy to flow ( or something like that... I hope I make sense, this Is how

I understood ) and how such block can be removed.... any comments are greatly

appreciated.

She said, she was working on his leg and she feels and he feels the enrgy flowing but when sje gets to the sole of his foot is like the energy jumps and do nt or cannot reach that area to be healed.
