Not working for me at all .......

Hello I am a relapse remitting MS patient that started tacking LDN on Dec. 23 , 2010 first week I had a great reaction. My leg was not spasing up any more. An then after that I know not what happen. I tried taking the pill at night then in the morning. No change started off with 1.5mg then 30 days later 3.0mg an know change is there something else I need to do while taking the LDN cause its just not stopping my spams at all .
