Guest guest
Great Dave. Keep taking the LDN. I have SPMS dxed 1994. LDN has been wonderful for me too with improvements in flexibility, balance, dexterity, mobility, bladder, taste, smell. LDN also stopped failing voice projection. Also no more choking, or sinus or flu. Love that LDN. Fatigue, brain fog, trouble walking. There were days I was in bed by 6PM. (Most fortunately, I still work and drive, and live alone in a 3 story townhouse in burg, Pa.) Well, although walking declined further and has now sort of leveled off, (I do pretty well with 2 canes) after being on LDN since 9-09, energy is way up, cognition is improved, no pain, no brain fog, and a sense of well being pervades. Further, I have had no flu, and even the one cold I did catch late last year was noticeably shorter in duration. I obviously can't and won't speak for anyone else, but the only difference between then and now for me is the LDN, along with low fat, no gluten, soy, or dairy, and vit. D, Omega-3, and B complex daily. For me, LDN is the difference between an MS life that sucks, and one that is manageable. That's my story and I'm stickin' to it. Love to all. Dave in Pa. Guest guest
Thanks Trish and one thing you said which I’ve just realised is . LDN also stopped failing voice projection. And I have noticed lots with MS who do have a weak voice and yet those taking LDN it doesn’t seem to have affected their voice projection. Jayne Crocker www.LDNNow.comImportant! Guest guest
That's good to know - My husband with PD has this to some degree so it'll be interesting to see if that lessens when he starts the LDN (soon).
