Why can't you use LDN with Adrenal Fatigue?

Hello all -

I joined the group when my daughter began LDN for leaky gut and food allergies.

Her skin has changed incredibly and I am thrilled with how LDN has helped her. I

have put another of my children on it, and have watched his eczema improve.

I have Hashi's and was recently diagnosed (saliva testing) with adrenal fatigue.

I have read the book recommended by many of you on the site for adrenal fatigue.

My question is, can I use LDN? I have seen many posts that seem to say you

can't use it if you have adrenal fatigue, though I do not understand why. Any

help/suggestions would be great.
