I know that it is so easy to wish for a better life in so many ways. But I need to understand that my best life is for the taking even if I am not always aware of it. It does not take me a journey of a million miles to seize the treasure trove contained within my own heart and to know that I am rich.SO often we wish for a better life.We want things to change... we wished we had done or that... and we regret not having taken a different path.What so often stops us is the fear of moving out of familiar territory... starting things anew... leaving behind things that we have grown used to..in fact, moving out of our comfort zone.And so we sentence ourselves to more of the same.Each of us has

the ability to move into the life we dream about... the life we seek.But what is that life that so eludes us?If it is anything but a life of purpose... a life of meaning... a life of service... and a life of loving... then we are likely to feel dissatisfied the next time round.. and the next time round.Just like we might forsake the nice house for an even nicer house... and crave for a yet nicer abode. Will we ever be satisfied?So too we might tire of the relationship and look for grass greener... and yet we might go through this ritual of exchanging one person for another, only to find that we are back with the same flawed person over and over again.So the endless search for more of the material...better relationships... and better everything... might leave us back where we started: feeling just as frustrated and deprived.But it is more than likely that our best life is within our own

reach?That it lies in our heart.And it is just a case of opening our heart to make better connections both with ourselves and others... in the environment in which we find ourselves.This is assuming that our soul landed in this spot at this time because this was the best life for us.... the best life for our learning, our understanding and our mission.Simply the best.It is for us to use the tools that we have at our disposal to turn our life into one of meaning and purpose... to express outwards the love that we contain on the inside.Otherwise, we have a long trek ahead of us.. which may or may not produce rich rewards.So this day we can seize our best life.We can decide that we live the best life in the best possible of fields of human expression.We can acknowledge and affirm our loving heart filled centre.... we can embrace the change that is already mapped out in our own inner

prototype...So often all we need to do is change our attitude.So often all we need to do is open our eyes to the wealth that is stored within us rather than tap into an energy that says that we are not enough, will never be good enough, will never match up to so and so.We need to abandon our NEVER, NEVER attitude.And we need to replace it with an acknowledgment of abundance, of plenty, of limitless potential.Our best life is within our grasp... ALWAYS, ALWAYS.The test is:Is our living joyful?Is our living peaceful?Is our living happy?Is our living loving?Is our living meaningful... and do we feel we are making a difference to anyone at all?If we answer YES then we know we are on the right path.If, on the other hand, we have to answer negatively then it might well be time to get back on track. Each of us has enormous power to choose our best
