That weird feeling while falling asleep

I just upped my LDN to 3 mg, and definitely notice a strange feeling while lying

in bed waiting to fall asleep. Hard to describe---it's a sort of agitated or

slightly panicky feeling that makes me think my pulse is elevated, but when I

check it, it isn't at all. There are transient thoughts of " oh god, something's

wrong...., " but then I seem to go to sleep normally, and all is well.

In fact, the last few days since I've taken the 3 mg dose, I have felt

significantly better, brighter, thinking more clearly---even my eyesight seems

better!

Anybody else notice anything like this? Do you think it will pass? I was taking

1.5 mg for one month, then 2 mg for one week, then decided to go for the 3 mg

dose. Did I raise too fast?
