Liquid LDN: what's your method of taking it?

I take mine directly from the baby-medicine syringe into my mouth---holding it

there and absorbing it before swallowing. Started LDN Dec 25 '10 and just

increased to 2 and then 3 mg. BUT, I am getting a bit of a reaction from the

increase (read my " weird feelings " post from yesterday).

I'm thinking my method is causing the LDN to go directly into my blood

stream--sublingually. That may be OK once I've adjusted to the higher dose, but

maybe it would be better to mix that dose into some water and drink it---to

dilute it.

Any opinions on this?
