I won't get into the science of LDN dosing times.

Some on this forum feel very strongly on the subject. I'll just

say that after 6 months trying night time dosing and not getting

good quality sleep, I switched to morning dosing and it works for

me. Over the course of 2 1/2 years I tried night time dosing again

with the same results. You have to listen to your body. Sleep is

very important to good health.
