Pain in throat

Hi, everyone, maybe someone knows something about this: I've been

taking Synthroid 50 mg for about 8 months because I'm borderline low

with a slew of thyroid symptoms. I've been taking LFN for systemic

scleroderma (CREST syndrome), 1 month at 1.5 and about 3 weeks at 3.0.

For the past 5 days I've had increasing pain in my throat, right aroud

my thyroid. It also seems to have a muscular component, because the

pain sometimes radiates out to my clavicles, suddenly and excruiatingly.

Anybody have any experience with this?
