Guest guest
My husband has been taking LDN for Fibromyalgia for almost 6 months now. Over time his RLS has more or less disappeared. During the day no more RLS and sometimes only slight movements shortly after he falls asleep. Most nights no RLS at all. He doesn't need any sleep meds anymore and sleeps through the night. Considering that he was on Klonopin for years this is excellent. (Leo Buscaglia) [low dose naltrexone] Restless Legs Syndrome Please let me know if anyone has used LDN to treat Restless Legs Syndrome and have found relief. I have a friend who is suffering badly with this condition. I also noticed one post stated that LDN can drop glucose level. Has anyone been helped using LDN for typeII diabetes?Thanking you all, dvyjms.
Guest guest
Hi - third month on ldn and up to max 4.5ml nightlyI too have rls and found that ldn with evening primose oil plus ginseng, nothing else, no omega, vitamins or other supplements, do you get pins-and-needles as well?Taking only the 3 items above has greatly reduced my monthly costEvening Primrose Oil is rich in Gamma Linoleic Acid (GLA) which is a good omega 6 fatty acid that is involved in the production of prostaglandins. Prostaglandins are thought to play key roles in helping to regulate the immune system Apart from having none of the side effects associated with caffeine, ginseng is known to have an effect to increase both energy and stamina while have a soothing effect on the nerves. It has a tremendous ability to support adrenal health. Since ginseng is a natural herb, no major side effects are tied to its usage. brgds peter/london/ms primary progressibe From: dvyjms <dvyjms@...>low dose naltrexone Cc: Sent: Saturday, 12 February 2011, 15:19Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Restless Legs Syndrome Please let me know if anyone has used LDN to treat Restless Legs Syndrome and have found relief.
