Guest guest
Questions/predictions on me, a 54-year-old male, taking his first ever dose of LDN (3 mg)? 1) Will I have vivid dreams following first dose? 2) WIll I have insomnia and be up much of the night? 3) Will it give me that energy, sense of well being I've heard about, sometimes on the first dose? Play like it's a game show. Make your predictions based on personal experiences and things you've heard on this board. I'm going to bed. Maybe I'll be back up in a few years to announce the winning guesses or maybe I'll get several hours sleep and wake up feeling good for the first time in 7 months (chronic fatigue, autoimmune issues). Time for some zzzzzs and hoping this is the long awaited medicine I've been looking for for years.
Guest guest
Do you think you can, or do you think you cannot, they are both right you know.I have had some awesome health benefits from taking Betaine HCL and digestives enzymes with each meal. I am at almost two thousand mgs of Betaine w/ each meal and things are great, so my digestive tract must have went south long ago. " if I were a rich man " I would send you these two products, but I am not. They work well with LDN. Also you should take six hundred alpha lopoic acid to improve your metabolizem of carbo's and sugars. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000GFSVPUhttp://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003BMI0T2 http://www.amazon.com/Alpha-Lipoic-Acid-300-Caps/dp/B00068JQLK/ref=sr_1_4?s=hpc & ie=UTF8 & qid=1299163520 & sr=1-4 Seems you have symptoms very similiar to mine.stay vertical, david a lubbock tx-- Obama Healthcare, Remember In 2012,A liberal is someone who feels a great debt to his fellow man, which debt he proposes to pay off with your money
Guest guest
My experience my first dose, 1.5 mg. Stayed up half the night (that is usual for me) but with much energy, clarity. Went to sleep. Woke up 3 hrs later without head fog and without feeling hit by a bus. Chores for the day did not cause me to moan or " harumpph " at anticipation. Love LDN. I don't have an official dx but have some symptoms of CFS. We are in the process of learning what exactly my issues are.Changes with low low dose have been small, the kind of stuff people would say " so??? " to but the kind of stuff that may make a difference to you. For my kids, they SEE things now that were invisible to them before. They see things in the clouds and imagine. They see birds in a field, or a fallen tree, or just 1000 different details they didn't before... because of the head fog they've had, I suppose. My daughter who is 6 has Hashimoto's and Asperger's. It is a BIG deal for her to give eye contact (she does, without asking now) and to say things like " look over there mom, those leaves blowing around in the field look like little birds pecking for food. " If you know how Asperger's impairs kids, you know this sentence in itself is a miracle. We enjoy each other's company now. Before, everything we did or every contact with each other was like a small annoyance, sad to say.On Thu, Mar 3, 2011 at 1:43 AM, okieroyal <mikebaldwin@...> wrote: Questions/predictions on me, a 54-year-old male, taking his first ever dose of LDN (3 mg)? 1) Will I have vivid dreams following first dose? 2) WIll I have insomnia and be up much of the night? 3) Will it give me that energy, sense of well being I've heard about, sometimes on the first dose?
