Guest guest
Just skip tonight's LDN dose and you should be fine. Most just skip LDN the night before.
Guest guest
Eileen, As long as you won't need opiates, LDN doesn't affect anaesthesia. But if you need opiates for pain control afterward, it has happened on occasion that someone has needed longer time to get rid of the LDN from their system and Dr Skip says that at least one person he knows was unable to get analgesia for pain until the LDN wore off. But as said, most people just take 1 day off, and that's all you had the opportunity for, so there it is. For the record, Dr Skip recommends 72 hours to be absolutely sure. Some people feel that's too long to give it for diseases like MS that often seem to backslide into symptoms with dropped doses of LDN. wishing you most well, -- At 09:08 PM 2/20/2011, you wrote: >Am having emergency surgery in the morning - I won't be under general >anaesthesia, it will be local plus something to make me sedated.
